Cekkaplast specializes in the design and construction of blow molds, extrusion molds, and injection molds. Our mission is to offer customized solutions for industrial production, ensuring precision and durability.

Thanks to the many years of experience of its founder, Massimo Ceccaroli, the company offers reliability, professionalism, and work carried out in compliance with industry standards.

The main stages of mold production are:

CAD Modeling: Creation of the 3D model of the item and related 2D details, including all the information requested by the Customer.
CAD Design: Creation of mold parts and subsequent assemblies with executive 2D drawings.
CNC Machining: Numerically controlled machines rough out the metal to create all the mold parts.
Finishing and Polishing: Essential to ensure that the item is produced according to the customer's requests.
Assembly, Installation, and Testing: The mold will be pre-assembled at Cekkaplast Srls and then installed on the machine previously specified by the customer to produce the first samples and verify the correct distribution of the plastic.

Advanced Design (CAD/CAE): We use state-of-the-art software for technical design and flow simulation, optimizing mold geometry to ensure rapid production cycles and reduced waste.
High Precision Machining (CAM/CNC): we produce the dies using numerically controlled work centres (milling, die-sinking and wire EDM) which ensure centesimal tolerances and state-of-the-art surface finishes.
Materials and Treatments: We select special steels and certified alloys, subjecting them to specific heat treatments to ensure maximum durability and wear resistance over time.
Process Engineering: We take care of every technical detail, from injection systems (hot or cold runners) to thermal conditioning sectors, to ensure the perfect aesthetic and functional quality of the molded component.
